LEASE AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INSURANCE:

It shall be the sole responsibility of the LESSEE to provide adequate proof of insurance coverage for all the items stored on the premises. LESSOR shall assume no responsibility or liability for any losses to LESSEE's property while said property is stored on the premises.

Storage must be paid in full before contract is accepted and space is occupied. Acceptance of this contract and rental space does not guarantee any future storage rental.
